What happens after I pay?
You'll be taken to a short intake questionnaire about your pet, your property situation and your documents, and then straight to the booking calendar to choose your 30-minute slot. You'll also receive a confirmation email with both links.
Who runs the call?

Is this legal advice?
No. The Clinic is expert practical guidance, not legal advice. Where a case needs a solicitor — for example a dispute heading to court — we'll say so and point you to specialists who handle tenancy pet disputes.
What if I've already found a property?
Then the Rental Approval Service is usually the better fit: we help you secure the tenancy with application review, referencing support and negotiation with the agent. See the Rental Approval page (£245), or use the enquiry form below and we'll route you to the right one.
